SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at EVETTÉ LEA™. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Economy Shipping available (free service).
  • Standard Shipping available (paid service) .
  • Expedited Shipping available (paid service) .

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours, please consider that Some orders may require an additional 2 days to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. EVETTÉ LEA™ does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country/region different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.

DAMAGES

EVETTÉ LEA™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

PAYMENT METHODS

EVETTÉ LEA™ accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Apple Pay. An authorization application will be sent to your bank.
Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.
